Sarah from Starflower Arts returns to Narberth Museum in July with a feltmaking workshop.

In this all day session, you will learn or refresh on the basics of Feltmaking and how to turn your creation into a wall hanging on a piece of driftwood. There will be plenty of coloured wool tops for you to choose from to make your felt piece and additional texture can be added too, such as yarns, open weave fabric and curly wool locks. Having a day for this process will enable time for extra creativity before the alchemy of fusing the wool tops to make felted fabric takes place.

From May 28th our new exhibition opens from local artist Judy Maynard.

Layers of Perception reflects different aspects of Judy's creative journey. From the representational paintings of birds, botanical images and collages to the mixed media creating of papers and abstract collages.

The exhibition provides a taster of her work over recent years.

And join us from 4 to 5pm on Friday 5th June to celebrate the launch of Judy's exhibition and for a chance to view it for free.

Coming up at half term Lawrence from Oriel Q Gallery will be leading a morning mural session at Narberth Museum.

All ages are welcome to come along and add their special touch to this collaborative, community mural for the Creative Climate Fest at Scolton Manor.

We love all things book-ish at Narberth Museum so we're looking forward to this workshop on Saturday 13th June where Kandice from .hands.hideaway will be showing us how to upcycle the pages of books into flowers.
