We can't get enough of these bonkers birds, just look at those colours!

Our wonderful Escape group have been making them in workshops with Jennifer Frearson Jennifer Frearson Educator. 🐦

Experimenting freely with shape, colour and texture has had such a positive impact on our participants and we're thrilled to be able to provide that kind of environment.

Just look at those faces! We've been busy working with the brilliant Jennifer Frearson Jennifer Frearson Educator to create these self reflection masks.

It's been a joy to see how everyone has chosen to represent themselves.

Nancy and Corinne joined MP Jodie Gosling’s Pensioners’ Fayre last week in Nuneaton.

It was a lovely opportunity to meet people, share what we do and talk about how our work helps reduce isolation and support positive mental health. 💬💛

What a lovely day at the Festival of Nuneaton! 💛

It was great to meet people from across the community and get everyone involved in some creative weaving at our stall.

A big thank you to Rhiannon and Violet, who did a brilliant job representing Escape Arts throughout the day. We especially loved Violet’s spooky Halloween-inspired weaves! 🎃🧶

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and get creative with us. We hope to see you again soon!

There’s something powerful about creating together.

Recently, our groups had the opportunity to work alongside Julia Snowdin to create this beautiful butterfly installation for Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm!

From sharing ideas and experimenting with materials to learning new skills and seeing the finished piece come to life, the whole experience gave everyone a chance to be creative, connect and contribute.

And that’s why creative opportunities matter. 🎨

Art can give us a way to express ourselves, build confidence, enjoy being in the moment and feel a sense of belonging. Sometimes, it can even help us discover things we didn’t know we were capable of.
