On Wednesdays I bake and prepare most of the bakes for the next 3 cafe days. It takes time but allows me to be creative and keep what I offer varied and seasonal. Often I don’t decide what I’m baking until the day and I have to feel inspired to what I bake each week if I’m going to make it. This mostly works😂 Back open as usual tomorrow.
