We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jenny Tarr to Martock Gallery. We met Jenny a couple of months ago and loved her portrayal of women in all their guises. Oozing with personality, each piece tells a story and before you know it, you’re absorbed into their lives. Using Farrow & Ball paints, the colours are sublime, evoking a sense of calm, whilst allowing each character to own her own space. We can’t wait to introduce you to Jenny’s work over the coming weeks 🖼️

It’s another stunning day in Somerset and if you’re taking the opportunity to explore Exmoor, keep an eye out for the rowan, birch and oak trees beautifully captured by Lucy Hawkins. These original paintings are on display as part of a wider collection of Lucy’s Exmoor-inspired work and are currently available from Martock Gallery.

Good morning everyone! We have a wonderful array of new cards at Martock Gallery, including a range of Molly Lemon’s advent cards, which are perfect to send to those celebrating birthdays in October and November. Christmas cards have also arrived and these swing cards are proving to be extremely popular as they double up as decorations to be enjoyed year after year 🎄

We are open 10-4 on Tuesdays to Fridays and 10-1 on Saturdays for picture framing, original artwork, prints, jewellery, sculptures, ceramics, cards and unique gifts.
