We are midnightin.amsterdam, art window. Because art should be for everybody. WE SUPPORT ART
midnightin.amsterdam is an ART WINDOW in De Pijp, Amsterdam.

Our main goal is that people get familiar with art in an easy, accessible way. We think art should be for everybody.

midnightin.amsterdam has monthly art exhibitions, running from collages to oilpaintings to digital art. The ART WINDOW is a showcase for all kinds of contemporary artists and we offer both a live and an online stage.

The window is located in the midst of the most beautiful city

Last weekend on show in the artwindow - the expo NOSTALGIA by artist and photographer

All photographed and dried flowers were grown from Texel flower bulbs on Wittes Amsterdam terrace. The jute bags are at least 50 years old and were used on the bulb farm.
All the wood and fabric is leftover material from Fiction Factory and Wikkelhouse,
Amsterdam construction companies with Texel roots.

The exhibition NOSTALGIA by showcases the art and craftsmanship of bobbin lace. This meticulous and time-consuming craft holds a special connection to the artist’s heritage, rooted in the traditions of Texel. Through her work, Witte celebrates the beauty and cultural significance of lacemaking, blending them with her own artistic vision.
