Today I enjoyed a Swedish classical meal. It’s name refers to ”Janssons temptation” but also known as a surprise potato pie, because it’s a herring pie with potatoes. I think it is for people born and raised that are use to eat herring, and fish meals. I love this dish.

Newport Home Interiors located at NK in Stockholm, had a event today to welcome the season of Christmas that’s coming up soon. The drinks were flowing, and the wait staff were dressed as nutcrackers. Jackets that’s now looked upon as the latest fashion from Madrid. Thank you for the beautiful bedding, and pillows.
