March is Youth Art Month, a national celebration intended to recognize the impact of art education and visual arts experiences in developing life skills such as problem solving, creativity, observation, and communication. You can see exceptional artwork created by MCCSC students in Middle School and High School, at the FAR Center for Contemporary Arts, March 23-27. Free and open to the public.

Reception: Friday March 27, 5pm - 8pm

NSAL Call for submissions! 📢DEADLINE 1/24/26‼️
The National Society for Arts and Letters along with FAR Center for Contemporary Art presents the 2026 Visual Arts Competition + Exhibition. Applicants must be 18-29, a current Indiana resident or enrolled in an Indiana College. Painting, mixed media, drawing, printmaking, photography, ceramics, small sculpture, metalsmithing, fiber and video art are all welcome media for submission.
Exhibition of winners takes place at FAR Center for Contemporary Art from March 4 -
13. An awards ceremony will take place at 5:30pm on Friday March 6th, during Gallery Walk. Awards total $3000
