This coming First Friday is the Slow Art Challenge. Pick one or two artworks in the gallery and observe quietly for five minutes. Prompts are provided. The Challenge lasts for the whole month.

For the next two month we'll be featuring small artwork suitable for small spaces such as bookshelves, table tops, bathrooms, entryways, stairwells and more. All are priced reasonably and can be made into small groupings for more visual impact. Check out the offering starting this First Friday, Jan 2nd.

Main Gallery 404 will have a celebration of the artwork by Beverly Bronson. After many years as an exhibiting artist in the gallery Bev recently passed and in remembrance of her artistic spirit and enthusiasm her work will be displayed and for sale during First Friday, January 2nd from 5pm to 8pm and throughout the rest of the month.

Bev painted almost every day and approached her work with both sensitivity and enthusiasm working intuitively from imagination. The gallery invites the public to experience her personality and artistic talent through the artwork she leaves behind.
