• Any hot food or beverage items must receive prior approval from the Argus Park Concession Committee before being sold.
• Booths, products, and dress must reflect an authentic period presentation.
• Sutlers are subject to the rules and regulations of the reenactors and the authority of the Provost.
• Setup is permitted on Friday, July 10, or Saturday morning before 9:00 AM.
• Gates open to the public at:
o 9:00 AM on Saturday

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that I, _____________________________ (“Releasor”), a competent adult, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, do hereby expressly release, acquit, and forever discharge Argus Lodge #545 (F. & A.M.) of Canfield, Ohio (hereinafter “Argus Lodge”), together with its trustees, officers, directors, members, agents, insurers, predecessors, successors, and assigns, and each of their respective heirs, executors, and administrators (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits at law or in equity of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, foreseen or unforeseen.
This release applies to any and all claims arising out of or related to any act, omission, or occurrence involving the Released Parties, including but not limited to any claims arising from my presence on, or use of, property owned or controlled by Argus Lodge, on or after the date of this Agreement.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this release includes any and all claims for personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, wrongful death, survival actions, or any derivative claims of any kind, including claims for loss of services, companionship, or consortium, whether asserted by me or on behalf of my spouse, parents, children, siblings, heirs, or representatives.
This release specifically includes any claims arising out of or in any way connected with my attendance at and/or participation in the Civil War reenactment event scheduled to be held on the land and premises belonging to Argus Lodge (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).
IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this release applies to all claims, whether now known or unknown, now existing or arising in the future, which may result from or relate in any way to my attendance at and/or participation in the Event.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Agreement in its entirety, fully understand its terms and conditions, and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.

We are pleased to say that the Civil War Reenactment is officially back for the 2026 season!!!! This year the reenactment will be on July 11th and 12th with set up on the 10th. Please keep checking up on our page for future updates
