1221 Art Space

1221 Art Space We offer tours on Tuesdays, please reach out for more information! An intake process is necessary for participation.

We guide and encourage people in recovery on their unique creative journeys. 1221 Art Space is a community of artists imagining, learning, and teaching how to be forever creative. ELIGIBILITY: 1221 Art Space is open to residents in Franklin County, over the age of 18, with a mental health diagnosis. We also host a 1221 Art Space Artist in Residence Program.

Take a look at all the itty bitty things created by our artists and staff!

But truly, Art Space is my absolute favorite place. All the small details you may not see at first make it that much more of a lovely spot to be. But most importantly, it’s my favorite place because of all of you. This community is special, and I can’t wait for us to keep growing and thriving together. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
