Join us for [Opening Reception] Ethereal Times: A Cat Art Show by Ana Meza & Nuni Lee

This event coincides with the 6th Street Arts Alley Event, held just outside the front doors of the gallery! 💙💛

➡️ About the Exhibition
Ethereal def: extremely delicate and light in a way that seems too perfect for this world.

This show is an exhibition of paintings and sculptures created by two artist friends who share their love for cats. Although roughly 500 miles away, our fascination for cats and shared memories continue to keep our bond tight. From the toe bean-shaped paintings to delicate rainbow-colored forms, our works embellish the gallery space with light, play, and a feeling of warm and fuzzy love. 🐱🐾❣️

The main idea of this cat art show is the passage of time. The changing seasons and delicate line sculptures describe cats’ fleeting life. Every moment we spend with our cats is precious, but each day is also a countdown to the day we must part. Our body of work captures the essence of the cats in their joyful moments to inscribe our time together and to help us remember that our cats stay with us in our hearts after they cross the rainbow bridge.
