Solving the leaky air mattress problem with our (not so) secret inflatable technique. Let us know if you want more details on how to do this yourself.

Do you have a leaky air mattress? Our (not so) secret technique can make it function forever!
Let us know if we should do a more detailed video on how you could do this yourself.

Some snippets of our new Grove interactions from a few days ago. 🔊🔊🔊

Inspired by branching structures in nature, we wanted to create audio/visual feedback that could gamify the distribution of light through these nonlinear systems. They are a work in progress, but it is so incredibly helpful to see how kids and people interact with them in space.

Each grove is a distinct topology with sensors embedded in each foot that trigger various animations and sounds linked to them. Playing around with some graph theory and particle traversals, we tried to find simple interactions that could promote open play.

Buubble Archive tour of our second professional commission, the RGBubble.

Designed as an immersive lounge space placing people in the middle of a color mixing diagram. As light passes through red, green, and blue fabrics they mix to produce subtle hues of the entire additive color spectrum.

Let us know what project you would like to see next in our bubble archive!

Announcing a new collaboration with . Over the past year, we worked together to develop three bespoke pasta topologies using a new experimental 3D pasta printing process currently in development.

During this process, we began applying our research into form-finding, inflatables, and geometric structures to a new medium: pasta. The result is three new experimental pasta typologies developed for a limited run of Barilla products:

Quattrincontri — inspired by our tetrahedral node explorations, designed to maintain structural integrity while supporting dense ragù fillings.

Retícoli — a porous periodic lattice pasta that explores permeability and maximizes surface area for sauce retention.

Piani di Velo — modeled after a Riemann surface, consisting of two distinct yet interlocking volumes that create opportunities for exploring multiple filling combinations within its internal voids.

It has been a refreshing experience to work in such a different medium and to think about structure at the scale of food rather than architecture. Prototypes now on display at the Barilla headquarters in Parma, Italy. Stay tuned for more information on where you can expect to find them in stores beginning April 1st.

Join the National Shutdown to get ICE out! Pneuhaus will be taking the day off to join our local rally at the Rhode Island Statehouse at 2pm 1/30/26. is hosting an art build the night before. Sign on at nationalshutdown.org and sign the to build our power further as a single day shutdown is only the start. More info and links in our story about the shutdown and local actions.

Sketching out light and sound interactions in Unity before sending it out to Mini Groves. Very basic sound effects currently but exciting to be able to play around with it all in digital space!

What lights or sounds do you want to hear coming out of these pieces?
