Visitor Center Update

Due to being short-staffed for the remainder of the season, the Rogers Island Visitor Center will be open by appointment only Wednesday–Friday.

If you’d like to visit, please call 518-747-3693 at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a time. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through the remainder of the season.

And don’t miss one of our favorite events of the year!

French & Indian War Encampment
September 18–20

Come experience living history, learn about Rogers Island’s important role in the French & Indian War, and enjoy a great weekend at the Visitor Center!

We hope to see you there!

Our President of the Board of Directors, Ed Carpenter, led a tour of the island this afternoon. He shared the history of the island, how it was used during the French and Indian War, and shared the vision for the future!

Stop on down! There is still lots of things to see and do! We are here until 4PM today!
