Perquimans Arts League The Perquimans Arts League is a non-profit organization that features the work of over 100 artists.

The Perquimans Arts League (PAL) is non-profit organization that represents more than 100 artists. In addition to operating a gallery and gift shop in Hertford, NC, it also offers classes and workshops for both youth and adults. Perquimans Arts League is the county partner for the North Carolina Arts Council.
