TONIGHT! Sarah Ruhl’s Melancholy Play is a contemporary melodrama following Tilly, whose deep sadness becomes irresistible to those around her. As melancholy spreads from person to person, love, identity, and emotion begin to blur. Tender, absurd, and delightfully strange, the play embodies a clear theme of the expansive, and sometimes constrictive, range of emotions that are a part of the human experience while also being absolutely hilarious. Performance starts at 7PM! See you tonight!
