🔥 **Veterans Glass Initiative applications are now open!**
Glass Art Kalamazoo is proud to receive a Creative Forces® Community Engagement Grant supporting a new opportunity for local veterans.
Our **free, 10-session glassblowing program** brings six veterans together to learn new skills, create glass artwork, and connect through a shared creative experience.
**No art or glassblowing experience needed.** Instruction, materials, tools, and required safety equipment are included.
📅 Thursdays, **5–9 p.m., beginning November 5**, with scheduled holiday breaks. Classes conclude January 28, followed by a wrap-up and exhibition on February 4.
Open to **U.S. military veterans age 18 and older**, including those who previously served in the National Guard or Reserves. Veterans from Kalamazoo and surrounding communities are welcome.
**Apply by October 23.**
