When early settlers arrived in the area, everyday survival was a full-time job, and that included making their own clothes. Step into our Pioneer Life exhibit and get a firsthand look at the incredible craftsmanship of the 19th century.

From early ladies' fashions and intricate hand-stitching to vintage dolls and the rugged tools needed to carve out a life on the frontier, these artifacts tell the quiet, everyday stories of the people who built our region.

Swipe to see some the incredible details, and come see them in person this week! Which historical era's fashion is your favorite?
