Where history brings friends together from all over the world!

This month, we welcomed our friends Liliana and Aleksander Lindale all the way from Canada🇨🇦 — and yes, we’re officially claiming them as honorary East Texans now!

They explored our one-room schoolhouse, checked out the vintage tractors, and said "y’all" with heart.💖

One of the oldest pieces at Old Mill Pond Museum is a 19th-century gristmill that still turns with the help of flowing East Texas creek water. It’s the kind of living history you’ve got to see in person to believe!💦

This historic water-powered mill is a central feature of the museum, showcasing East Texas's rich agricultural heritage. Visitors can explore the mill and other exhibits depicting early American life from 1850 to 1950.

🌲Come walk the grounds, see the waterwheel in action, and explore more than 20 historic structures.
