Cypress Gallery The Cypress Art Gallery is operated by members of the Lompoc Valley Art Association.

Active members may, for the purpose of sale, exhibit works of art which they have created. The purpose of the LVAA, a non-profit organization, is to enhance the cultural
environment within the Lompoc Valley by promoting the advancement in
fine art; preserving an open avenue of communication between artists
and the community; presenting informative programs by which artists may
further develop thei

r artistic talents; by encouraging other artists to live and
practice their artistic skills within the Lompoc Valley; and by maintaining an
Art Gallery where local artists may, for the purpose of sale, present quality
exhibits of their creations.

Artwalk is tonight, June 4th!!!! Start your walk at the gallery with a “Make & Take” Turtle Power! Make your own turtle and take on Artwalk!

The Gallery’s new featured artist Claudette Carlton has her show “Water Works” on display.
Then continue your walk to visit our neighbors!
Eye on I, Jupiter Sparks Collection,Fortified Tattoo, Bella Florist and The Wicked Shamrock all have exciting offerings!

Be sure to stop by the Wicked Shamrock for the Art Night After Party, starts at 8pm!

The Cypress Gallery is at 119 East Cypress Avenue, Lompoc, across from the museum. Hours are Thursday through Sunday, 11-4pm and open for First Thursdays Artwalk.

June 13, 2026 Local artist, Claudette Carlton, will be offering “Introduction to Watercolor” class for the Art Academy at Cypress Gallery.  Basic watercolor techniques with an emphasis on mixing color, painting shapes, and brush use will be the focus of each class.
Pan paints, 140 lb. watercolor paper and brushes will be provided for your use. If you have materials from a previous Carlton class, you may bring your own. Each class is limited to six (6) students who are 16 years and older.

Time: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
