Call for Submission for the MAX Downtown Mural Project!

In partnership with OMAC, the City of Ocala, and Ocala Electric Utility, MAX is bringing original artwork to four electrical boxes in the downtown square, and we are taking submission!

This project is about activating public space, supporting working artists, and making art part of everyday civic life. Deadline for submission of full concept layout is July 31st.

Designs must be fit for public display, include no text or symbols, and help to beautify the downtown area. All designs subject to final approval from OEU.

We’re inviting artists interested in participating to join the MAX Affiliate Artist Program and submit mural concepts for consideration.
