Support local art and a great cause! 💙

Visiting Nurse Association () has partnered with three local artists to create art pieces that reflect what family means to them. Art sale proceeds will benefit both the artists and VNA’s Community Care services, which deliver compassionate care to under-resourced individuals and families.

CALL FOR ARTISTS! ‼️

2-D art accepted entries, 3-D art prohibited due to space issues.

Submit 3 photos of your art to: [email protected] with a $20 entry fee sent through PayPal using same email.

Pictures need to be reduced to ‘small’ before sending. Each piece needs a title and dimensions. Entries no later than 9/15. You will be notified by 9/18 if your art is accepted with further details. We have lots of wall space so hoping we can accept all applicants.

Kings and Queen depicted in art encouraged but not required.

I am so excited to be partnering with the American Institute of Architects and UNL College of Architecture to bring together “unbuilt” a student showcase of senior thesis work! 🎉

This exhibition will take place at the UNO- KANEKO Library and will present the thesis work of six senior students from the UNL College of Architecture.

Join us to celebrate these students and their accomplishments on Saturday May 27th from 6pm - 9pm. This event is free to the public and refreshments will be provided.

Can’t make it that night? No worries - the showcase will be open to the public the following week during UNO- KANEKO Library public hours for no charge.

Opening Reception for Kathleen Van Lieu’s “A Sense of Place” is tonight at Split Gallery from 5pm - 8pm.

This event is free and open to the public and light refreshments will be provided. The artist will be present to answer questions about work.

Can’t make it tonight? Visit tomorrow from 11am - 5pm or Sunday from 11am - 4pm.
