Griots At Work Cultural Competency is designed, first to equip the artist with the tools to ENGAGE, EDUCATE, & ELEVATE their community through art. Secondly, Griots At Work Cultural Competency provides the community with art based programming that builds the community's capacity to engage the world from a strengthened cultural world view.
