Kristin is an abstract artist. Originally from Washington State and of German and Lebanese descent, her work is influenced by a life shaped by travel and diverse cultures. Working primarily in acrylic and mixed media, Kristin creates vibrant, intuitive compositions inspired by organic forms and the natural world. Her process begins in what she describes as a “joyful mess,” where spontaneity and uncertainty evolve into balance and calm through layered color and movement. Having lived in the Netherlands, Belgium and Boston before settling in California, her work reflects both inner exploration and a sense of place, with the intention of bringing energy, beauty, and connection to the viewer.
