As Tom, an accomplished and celebrated Bay Area artist, shared, “in an era dominated by digital reproductions, these interference oil paintings resist the screen. Their shifting light cannot be captured in a photograph. Color emerges as the viewer moves, transforming each encounter into a lived experience rather than a static image.”
