Turtle Tots at the Marine Science Center

Our September theme is Pond Life! Bring your little ones (ages 2-6) for a fun and educational experience featuring stories, crafts, and hands-on activities. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

September sessions:
Wednesday, September 9th – 10:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.
Thursday, September 10th – 10:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.

Class size is limited, RSVP by emailing mailto:[email protected]:
• Preferred session

Been a record breaking year!

2026 has been a historic year for Volusia County's nesting sea turtles, as the 1,517th nest of the season was discovered on July 22, breaking 2023's record of 1,516 nests.

Nesting season will continue through Oct. 31 and more nests are expected.
