We have Keith Whitelock, a featured artist in August, adding lovely oil paintings to his watercolors. His skipjacks are just in time for the Deal Island skipjack races on Labor Day.

This previews our September feature "Pumpernickel GoesThere," a children's book written by TJ Myers & illustrated by Olga Deshields. The opening on First Friday includes sales & signings of the book & paintings. While supplies last, children 10 & under attending the 6 pm book reading will receive a special treat from Pumpernickel.

As part of Snow Hill’s monthly “First Friday” event on September 4, I will be doing a book reading and signing at Bishop’s Stock Fine Art, Craft & Wine. Along with me, my illustrator Olga Deshields will be displaying and marketing the original artwork from my book “Pumpernickel Goes There.” Fun for the whole family, please join us at 202 W.
