TOMORROW is the annual Syc 427 Art Walk! See you at parking lot #1 downtown sycamore. Start anytime but prizes and activities will be set up from 5-7:30 don’t forget the will be there for dinner so bring your family and friends

One small correction on the map posted last week, we have artwork located at Chrystal Clinic, it has been added to maps now and is shown in the picture above so don’t forget to go check that one out during your tic-tac-toe drawing hunt!🤩

SYC 427 is always so grateful to KVAL for recognizing our students talents and efforts, hope to see you all there!

KVAL’s next general meeting is set for 7 p.m. April 2 at the gallery. The league will present awards honoring DeKalb and Sycamore high school students as part of its “Art of Giving” program

Our November Artist of the month is Cole Wilkerson!

Cole has diversified himself across so many areas of art! He has taken here at SHS: Studio Art, Ceramics/Sculpture, Drawing I&II, Draw/Paint, CIA (ask him about his time in the ‘art secret service’ or better known as careers in art;) and now Senior Portfolio. That’s a whole lot of art classes Cole, congratulations on a job well done!
