DeutscheMarques

Some of us have been enjoying Oktoberfest long before DeutscheMarques began hosting one. Here, our group leader Jake is making sure all German car lovers are happy.

We can make you happy, too! Join us Saturday, Oktober 17 at the Gilmore Car Museum. 9:00 to 3:00. German food, German b**r and w**e, live German music.

Oh…and German cars!

This just in! The Color Tour map for Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 17.

It looks like a great route. This year it was designed by the Gilmore Car Museum, so it will take us on some of their favorite roads.

The show begins at 9:00, with Color Tours beginning at 10:00. When you enter the show grounds, ask for a printed map. There will be a color stripe indicating your run group. We only have room for 60 cars to tour, so don’t be late!

Join us for Oktoberfest 2026 on Saturday, October 17 at the German Car Museum…um, we mean the Gilmore Car Museum.

German beverages, food and music are on the menu.

We’re doing a Color Tour again, this year designed by the GCM. Pre-registration is not necessary. The first 60 cars at the gate who ask to tour will get a tour pass.

We will also have our “Best Dressed” contest for those in German garb. Awards go to the best traditional dressed gentleman, lady, child and family or group.

Admission is $35 per German vehicle which includes admission for the driver and first guest. If you’re a GCM member, registration is just $25 (CHEAP!) per vehicle for the driver and first guest.

And if you just want to come and enjoy the party, admission for adults and seniors is $25, youths (ages 11-17) is $15, children (10 and under) are FREE and active military (must present ID) are also FREE.

Come join the party! Sign up here:

This guy at the 28th Street Metro Cruise tonight in the brown T-shirt. Is that a DeutscheMarques shirt? No? Discuss.

Thank you, Garage Kept Motors LLC, our title sponsor for many years!

Your support is a big reason we are able to put on this big show!

Richard McMahon (who won Best In Class award for his beautiful Opel in the ‘Other’ category) put together a very nice video overview of the show. You can learn about some of the oddities like the Porsche tractors and the armored WWII vehicle that were in attendance.

And he offers insights on many of the other spectacular vehicles on display.

Richard, you may not know that many of our DM board members are so busy helping put on the show that we don’t get to see all the beautiful vehicles that gifted us by their attendance. Thank you for the video!

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

THANK YOU to the hundreds and hundreds of beautiful cars that attended DM14. You make this show very special!

And we can’t put on this show without the dozen+ DM Board Members (they wore black polos today) and the multiple dozens of volunteers who helped directing traffic, parking cars, and helping you register for the show.

It is a HUGE effort to put on America’s largest all-German car show, and we are indebted to you all!

See you in July 2027 for our 15th annual show!

If you are more into farm implements and military vehicles than German automobiles, you might want to attend the next DeutscheMarques in 2027. We never know what might show up!

Porsche did indeed manufacture tractors, and they have four wheels, so that qualifies for attendance. Two of them graced us.

And our gatekeeper, Bradley S. Pines had no problem letting this German WWII vehicle enter the gate. “They had guns,” he said.

In five minutes, the gate goes up and DeutscheMarques 14 officially begins. Come join us at the Gilmore Car Museum!
