We are a family of five museums based in Carmarthenshire. We represent the Carmarthenshire County Council museums and arts service and we're excited to welcome you to our wonderful venues. We care for:

- Kidwelly Tinplate Works, Kidwelly
- Museum of Land Speed, Pendine
- Parc Howard Museum, Llanelli

🚨 Exhibition Opening 🚨 ➡️ Romantic Wales: Turner and his contemporaries

Explore Romantic Wales through J M W Turner and his contemporaries, featuring rare sketchbooks, Welsh landscapes and Neo‑Romantic art in Carmarthenshire.

The exhibition is funded by the Art Fund Weston Loan Programme bringing together Welsh landscapes by J M W Turner and other British Romantic artists from collections including the Tate Amgueddfa Cymru Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru | The National Library of Wales

This will be the first time that one of Turner’s sketchbooks from his early visit to South Wales will be available to view in Carmarthenshire😃
