Designed by John Adam the house is one of the finest neo-Palladian mansions in the country with a recognised collection of Chippendale furniture, specially commissioned for the house. We are a Partner Gallery of the National Galleries of Scotland with a custom built Picture Gallery full of artworks on loan from the Scottish National Portrait Gallery.
