🐝🌼 Happy World Bee Day! 🌼🐝

Today we’re celebrating the tiny pollinators that make a huge impact on our planet. Bees help protect biodiversity, support ecosystems, and pollinate many of the foods we enjoy every day.

Did you know? Around one-third of the world’s food production depends on pollinators like bees! From apples to almonds, bees are essential to life as we know it. 🍏

At the museum, we’re buzzing with appreciation for these incredible insects. We've been out in our beautiful little garden to see who we can find - pictured is an early bumblebee and a tree bumblebee busily collecting pollen and nectar. Next time you're in your garden, see who you can spot!

🌸 How you can help bees:
• Plant pollinator-friendly flowers
• Avoid harmful pesticides
• Support local beekeepers
• Leave wild spaces for nature to thrive
