Family‑dedicated Hidden London tours have arrived! 🚇

This brand‑new adaptation of Aldwych: the end of the line is designed especially for families with children aged 10+. Led by expert guides using adapted language, you will go behind the station’s closed doors and explore its 20th‑century story together.

Families work as a team to solve clues and riddles, uncover original features like the ticket hall and wooden lifts, and discover how Aldwych was used during the two world wars and beyond.
With hands‑on activities, oral testimonies and sensory moments, this is a shared adventure through London’s transport history 🔍

Next Friday 5th June for Music in the Museum 📢

Pianist Thomas Luke joins us at 2pm! Thomas studied at the Junior Royal Academy of Music and his accolades include winning the 2020 Keyboard Category of BBC Young Musician AND the Prix Monti at the 2025 Piano Campus International Competition. He has performed worldwide, including at Wigmore Hall Leipzig’s Weißes Haus, and the Xiamen International Conference Center Concert Hall. He currently studies at Royal College of Music - and on Friday he adds the London Transport to that list

He'll be playing on our beautiful museum piano courtesy of Markson Pianos 🙌

Inspired by the Piccadilly line and art deco design, you will explore collage, fabric and stitch using transport patterns, moquette and Museum objects as your starting point.

Open to ages 18+, with no sewing experience needed. All materials provided, plus Museum entry on the day.
