Havering Museum The Museum defines what makes Havering Havering, celebrating the achievements of local people past a

Havering Museum is an independent museum based in Romford which tells the history of the London Borough of Havering. The museum was developed following active campaigning by local people. In 2008 the development of the former Romford Brewery Sports and Social Club took place following the award of a Heritage Lottery Grant. Since the official opening on 26 May 2010, the museum has attracted visitors of all ages and from diverse backgrounds to its activities and events.

TO celebrate our twinning in 1971, members of the Freundeskreis Ludwigshafen-Havering were guests for an afternoon , after a guided tour of Havering Museum, earlier yesterday. The Mayor of Ludwigshafen-am-Rhein will visit next week.
