June is a busy month at Royston Museum, with one of the biggest events in the Museum calendar returning - Green Festival 2026.

🌱 Green Festival 2026
📅 Saturday 13th June | 10.30am–3.30pm
Organised in partnership with Royston Environmental Group, the free festival features hands-on activities, inspiring stalls and practical ideas for greener living.

🎭 Richard Croft: Life and Designs Exhibition
📅 Until Sunday 12th July
Explore stunning costume designs from productions including Dr Who and Blackadder.

Dedicated to costume from an early age, Richard Croft created a dazzling wardrobe for the BBC in the 80’s, from science fiction to Christmas specials. See his designs up close and discover the man behind the limelightin our new exhibition.

'Richard Croft: Life and Designs' is open during the Museum's normal opening hours, and is free to enjoy until Sunday 12 July.

Kazakhstan is a huge country with terrain ranging from flatlands, rock-canyons and snow capped mountains to deserts, with a fascinating selection of rare plant and animal species, in particular a wide variety of birds. Join Dr Ray Munden for our June talk and discover more about this fascinating country.
