ilitates 1 vote. MUSEUM MEMBERSHIP - £35
This membership is a must for non-flying enthusiasts and supporters of the Real Aeroplane Company as it is now the only way to gain access to the airfield - even on event days. Many Museum members view their membership as a 'season ticket' allowing access to the airfield at weekends throughout the year. Members may also invite family members or close friends to the airfield on event days provided they accept full responsibility for their guests. (The Club reserves the right to revoke this privilege should it feel that the privilege is being abused.) Please note that Club members should always carry their membership cards when visiting the airfield.

Why is the café at Breighton called Jeeves Kitchen?
The name comes from the legendary G-AEVS Aeronca 100, affectionately known as Jeeves. Built in 1936, Jeeves is one of only 24 “flying bathtubs” constructed by the Aeronautical Corporation of Great Britain Ltd at Peterborough.
Almost identical to the US-built Aeronca C-3, Jeeves differs in a few distinctive ways: it features interchangeable fabric-covered ailerons rather than metal ones, and is powered by a J.A.P. Model J99 engine instead of the Aeronca E-113C.
Jeeves holds the title of the longest-serving RAC aircraft and is proudly featured on our club logo - a true piece of living aviation history. 🇬🇧
