This is Treshnish Point. A handmade woodcut reduction print limited to only 18. One of my favourite walks here on Isle of Mull.

I just love that view when you come over the hill and see the Treshnish Isles in the distance!

Available now on my print shop. 🐑🐑🐑

Two minutes on a small boat from Mull and you're on Ulva.

Banjo, Ro and Sam have turned the .ulva into somewhere really special. Local langoustines straight from the water, Cullen Skink, fresh bread eaten outside inbetween showers. Grandpa the dog doing his rounds. 🌧️ 🐕 🐟

Needless to say, a print is in the works!

If you're on Mull, make the crossing!

The Hebridean Sheep at Ardalanish, with the Paps of Jura in the distance. This is the card - and the view that inspired it!

Filming sheep is harder than it looks. They're not as cooperative as the Highland Coo's! Far more jumpy!

Pick up the card in person at where the wool from these very sheep is turned into beautiful handmade products.

If you can't make it to Ardalanish, they're also on my online shop.

Every print I make starts with a day out - a walk, a moment, something I saw and couldn't stop thinking about...

This one started at Ardalanish. A quiet corner of Mull where the Highland Cows roam the clifftops above the bay, and the wild wind blows in off the Atlantic.

I can't photograph what it feels like to be there. But I can try to print it.

That's what every piece of mine is - a moment from this island, translated by hand onto paper.

In a world where images can be generated in seconds, these take days (Sometimes weeks!). Every mark is made by a human hand. Handmade and special.

I carve the block by hand, mix every colour myself, and pull each print one at a time on my etching press here on the Isle of Mull. No two are exactly the same.

Follow along to see the walks that become the work!
