Pietro Coletta valorizza la duttilità intrinseca del ferro e del rame come materia prima e linguaggio formale, manipolandone la densità, la tensione e la patina per riconfigurare il corpo dell'opera in dispositivi percettivi: strutture metalliche che captano e rimandano stimoli visivi e tattili, instaurando relazioni dinamiche tra superficie, spazio e fruitore e ridefinendo la soglia tra oggetto artistico e medium sensoriale.

Pietro Coletta highlights the inherent malleability of iron and copper as both raw materials and a formal language, manipulating their density, tension, and patina to reconfigure the body of the work into perceptual devices: metallic structures that capture and reflect visual and and tactile stimuli, establishing dynamic relationships between surface, space, and viewer, and redefining the boundary between artistic object and sensory medium.
