Did you know the Spark Science Center hosts birthday parties? 🎉🎈Come celebrate your big day with us! When you make a reservation, birthday perks at Spark include: the use of one of our classrooms or pavilion spaces, dedicated time for the party to explore the exhibits before they open to the general public, a Spark attendant assigned to your party, and a birthday shoutout on the kiosk screen! 🎂

STEAM & Go! Come for National Women in Engineering Day as we celebrate Dr. Mae Jemison, the first Black woman to go to space in 1992! 🚀🌕 On Tuesday, June 23rd from 3-5pm, visitors will make straw rockets using paper, straw, and tape. While building, visitors will learn about the science behind a rocket launch and engineering behind the structure of a rocket. This will be located in the engineering area of our exhibit hall.

Join us at the Spark Science Center for our first Summer STEAM at our new location! From 10am to 12pm this Friday, come create colorful mosaics and discover how polarized light interacts with certain materials to reveal hidden colors. Craft supplies are free with admission while supplies last. All ages welcome! This will be located in the exploration classroom.

Now that we've been open for two weeks, it's time to announce our June events! Click below to find out about what's happening at Spark Science Center this month. These events are FREE with admission, so take a look at our exhibits while you're here!
