E.L. pulls from experiences from his youth and juxtaposes those against what he's learned and experienced.

He attempts to look back at the media he absorbed as a child and recreate those experiences as an adult in order to understand whether or not they have helped or hindered his understanding of the world around him.

With a career that began in 1970, Mrs. Carolyn Phillips is a legendary figure in the Baltimore arts and fashion community. Over five decades, she has walked more than 100 runways.

Beyond her work in front of the lens, Carolyn is the founder of her own signature benefit fashion shows, including the notable Bald, Beautiful, and Bold series, which raises funds and awareness for alopecia, cancer, and domestic violence.
