Meet Shanell, a 10-year-old girl who Mother's Disability Opens Door To A Brighter Future ✨️

A Heartfelt Thank You from Shanell’s Guardians to Annie T. Doe Memorial Foundation Supporters

We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible generosity and support. On a recent trip to a village called Pondoe Town, we met a bright 10-year-old girl named Shanell Patience Nah.

Shanell was living with her single mother, Rachel Pondoe, who lost sight in one eye. Because of her disability and the lack of family support, it was incredibly difficult for Rachel to work. They frequently ran out of food, and Shanell was unable to attend school.

Seeing their situation broke our hearts, and we knew we could not just walk away. With Rachel’s permission and blessings, we brought Shanell to live with us in Buchanan so we could provide her with a stable home, proper nutrition, and an education.

Today, Shanell is a cherished part of our family. She is a respectful, humble, and incredibly bright little girl who calls us Aunty and Uncle. She is so eager to learn and filled with joy to finally be in school.

On Monday, Shanell was accepted into ATDOE ACADEMY and got measured for her new uniform set. Your sponsorship changes everything for her. Because of your kindness, Shanell now has her school fees covered, books, uniforms, regular meals, and proper healthcare.

You are giving her a real chance at a bright future—something her mother simply could not provide alone.

We promise to love her, care for her deeply, and keep you regularly updated with her academic progress and photos.

On behalf of Shanell, her mother Rachel, and our entire family, thank you for opening your loving heart through Jesus Christ to help a village girl.

You are truly changing a life.

Best regards,
Karim KromahGuardian & Representative of The Future of Children.

Love Always 💕
