The Copper Shop Gallery's current loft exhibit is coming to a close - It will be open regular gallery hours until October 17th, until 4pm. You don't want to miss this beautiful, unique pottery made by 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐍𝐘 (some pieces are in collaboration with Caroline Dilcher Stutz).

Aerni’s exhibition will be for sale in store & online until October 17th.

East Aurora once held one of the strangest and most creative communities in America. ✒️ Elbert Hubbard founded the Roycroft campus there in 1895, a working community of printers, furniture makers, and bookbinders built around his own philosophy of craftsmanship. His 1899 essay "A Message to Garcia" became one of the best selling pamphlets ever printed in this country. In May 1915, Hubbard and his wife Alice sailed for Europe aboard the RMS Lusitania. They were among the nearly 1,200 who didn't survive when a German U-boat sank the ship off the Irish coast. Have you ever visited the Roycroft campus? It's still standing today. 🏛️
