This past weekend, the EAAM and the Center for Innovation & Change presented at the American Alliance of Museums Annual conference in Philadelphia! Their session, "Community Memorialization of Early Black Descendants in Evansville, Indiana," focuses on the community memorialization work conducted last summer at Oak Hill Cemetery. This presentation was also converted into a peer-reviewed article, which will be published by "Collections: A Journal for Museum and Archives Professionals " later this year!
