It’s your last weekend to squeeze in some Fascinate-U fun before our September Spiff-Up!

We’re OPEN Saturday & Sunday, so come play, explore, imagine, and maybe make one last mess before we spend two weeks cleaning it all up.

Then we’ll be CLOSED September 7–21 while our team deep cleans, tackles projects, refreshes spaces, and gets some exciting NEW things ready for you!

But we already have a pretty BIG reason to plan your first visit back…

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 — WORLDWIDE DAY OF PLAY!

We’re celebrating with a day dedicated to what we do best — PLAY! And thanks to the generous support of Village Family Dental Village Kids- Fayetteville, ADMISSION WILL BE FREE ALL DAY!

Our September Spiff-Up isn’t just about cleaning… we have some exciting changes coming, too!

While Fascinate-U will be closed September 7–21, our team will be hard at work refreshing spaces, tackling projects, and getting some exciting NEW things ready for you to discover when we reopen.

And we’re ready to reveal the first one…

A NEW Nature Center Corner is coming to Fascinate-U!

This new space is being made possible through the generous support of Waverly C. Broadwell Family Environmental Education Fund of,Cumberland Community Foundation, Inc. , and we are so grateful for their investment in hands-on learning and play for the children and families we serve.

This is just the first of the updates we’ll be sharing about our September Spiff-Up. Stay tuned — there’s more to come!

WHAT. A. SUMMER.

We built it. We mixed it. We painted it. We explored it. We got messy with it. And most importantly — we PLAYED!

Summer Camp at Fascinate-U was filled with big discoveries, new friendships, creative adventures, and SO many reasons to smile.

Here’s one more look at a summer we won’t soon forget.

One more week to PLAY before our September Spiff-Up!

It’s our final week before we roll up our sleeves for our annual deep clean, so come squeeze in some playtime before we close for a couple of weeks!

WEDNESDAY | Donation Wednesday | 1–5 PM
Come play and pay what you can! Regular admission is waived from 1–5 PM, and you choose what you’d like to donate — from $0 on up. Same museum. Same play. You choose what you pay!

Then keep the play going all week because…

Fascinate-U will be CLOSED September 7–21 while our team gives the museum a BIG deep clean, tackles projects, refreshes some spaces, and gets everything ready for an exciting fall!

And when we reopen… there will be NEW things to discover!

We’ll be debuting new programs along with some changes around the museum, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on!

Back-to-school season is officially here!

Some of our friends are already back in the classroom, while many of our Cumberland County families are heading back this week! Whether you’re starting a brand-new school year or settling into your new routine, we hope it’s a GREAT one!

We have a quieter week at Fascinate-U, but there’s still plenty of time to PLAY!

WEDNESDAY | 1–5 PM — Donation Wednesday
Admission is waived from 1–5 PM, and families may donate any amount they choose to support Fascinate-U.

There are just TWO Donation Wednesdays remaining before our September Spiff Up! We have some exciting changes coming to our fall program lineup, and we can’t wait to share more soon.

THURSDAY | 11 AM — Together Time Tales
This week we’re reading Dragons Love Tacos! After the story, little readers can make their own paper taco craft. Just remember… no spicy salsa for the dragons!

And the rest of the week? Come PLAY!
We’re open our regular hours for pretending, creating, exploring, and making memories together.

U Team Creative Takeover: Day 5

We’re ending our Creative Takeover by taking to the skies!

Today’s U Team-created video features our Airport, where you color your very own aircraft then watch as YOUR creation comes to life and flies across the wall!

It’s been so much fun sharing the ideas our U Team members dreamed up this week. Each video started with THEIR creativity, and we loved giving them the chance to take the lead and show off Fascinate-U in their own way.

Now it’s time to find our next group of creative thinkers!

For Day 3 of our U Team Creative Takeover, one of our U Team members decided to show off one of the many ways kids can use their imaginations at Fascinate-U: pretend grocery shopping!

Fill up your cart at the Grocery Store, pick out your favorites at the Farmers Market, and let your imagination do the rest.
