I don’t care what party you’re in.

Congress needs more people who actually remember what it feels like to check their bank account before spending $40.

Because normal people don’t get to magically become GREAT stock traders after getting elected.

They’re trying to figure out if they can make groceries stretch until Friday.

They’re moving money around because the car needs tires.

They’re looking at the daycare bill thinking, HOW THE HELL does two incomes still feel this tight?

That’s the part that pi**es people off.

Some politicians are getting richer, trading stocks, and making decisions that affect millions of families while those same families are trying not to overdraft their checking account.

Give me more teachers, nurses, tradespeople, small business owners, renters, and parents who’ve actually had to make $100 last longer than it should.

I don’t need every person in Congress to be broke.

But I’d sure like more of them to remember what $40 actually feels like.

Public service shouldn’t become a golden retirement ticket. Congress should be held to the same reality as the people paying the bills, and protecting Social Security and America’s seniors should come before padding politicians’ perks. 🔥🇺🇸
