Did you know...?

Harriet Powers was a quiltmaker born near Athens, Ga. She only has two known surviving quilts, one which stayed in the Hall family until the 1960s. You can now find Harriet's "Pictorial Quilt" at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. The US Postal Service has done art and history justice with these beautiful stamps! At the Quinlan, we try to be mindful of every detail, even down to our postage!
