From guiding Apollo 11 to the Moon to bringing Apollo 13 safely home, Gene Kranz's leadership defined an era of spaceflight. In his own words, the world needs leaders who are "tough and competent." Today, his legacy lives on at Space Center Houston through the Gene Kranz Space Center U® Scholarship Fund.

By providing under-resourced students with hands-on STEM learning through programs like Space Center U®, Explorer Camps, and Stars & STEM, this fund ensures the next generation is ready to answer the call, becoming the "tough and competent" leaders who will solve tomorrow's challenges. 🌟
