🎨🦢 FINAL CALL FOR ARTISTS!

ART BATTLE AT ART CRAWL
Hosted by NOTTA Gallery

MAKE IT NOTTA SWAN!

Let’s face it, Lakeland has enough swan paintings! 😂

It’s time to balance out all that swanness with something a little different.

We’re selecting 10 artists to compete LIVE at Lakeland Art Crawl on November 8th at Swan Brewing!

HERE’S THE CHALLENGE:

🎨 10 artists paired with 10 local businesses.

🖼️ Each artist hunts down a found painting — thrifted, forgotten, discarded, or overlooked.

🦢 Then they reimagine it into something completely unexpected, creating the first-ever NOTTA SWAN COLLECTION!

Strange, beautiful, hilarious, surreal, absurd — we want to see what your imagination can do!

💰 THE PRIZES:

🥇 1st Place — $750

🥈 2nd Place — $500

🥉 3rd Place — $250

🏆 Crowd Favorite — $250

PLUS! Every selected artist receives a $100 participation stipend!

Finished works will be featured in a special exhibition at NOTTA Gallery before heading to their sponsoring businesses.

📅 Sunday, November 8 | 11 AM–5 PM

Chrome & Canvas is in full swing! 🎨🏁

Artists are scattered throughout the Lake Mirror Classic, capturing the cars, the crowds, and the character of the day—and the rain is staying at bay! 🤞

Swipe for a peek at the paintings in progress. Our satellite gallery has moved right outside Notta, so stop by and explore some art while you enjoy the show!

Judging by renowned Florida artist Blair Updike is just hours away. Come see the finished paintings at Notta at 1:30 PM, vote for your favorite, and join us for awards at 2 PM. Paintings will be available to purchase after the competition!

Art meets horsepower. 🎨🏁

Tonight we’re at the 2026 Lake Mirror Classic VIP Dinner, auctioning off pieces by William Araujo, Danielle Klonecki, Tony Agnello, and John Guiseppi!

There’s an incredible lineup of cars this year—and tomorrow, we’re bringing the easels outside for Chrome & Canvas, our plein air painting competition. Look for artists capturing the Classic around downtown Lakeland!

Here’s hoping the rain takes the day off. 🤞☀️

You like them more than your significant other anyway, right? 🐾🎃

This Thursday night, turn your favorite little monster into a Halloween masterpiece at Notta Gallery’s Paint Your Pet!

A distinguished old golden retriever. A chaotic orange cat. A tiny gremlin that runs your household. Give them the spooky alter ego they deserve:

🧛 Dracula
🧟 Frankenstein’s Monster
🖤 Bride of Frankenstein
👻 Ghost
🔪 Jason

Have another Halloween idea? Ask us about special requests—we’re happy to get creative!

No experience? Perfect. We’ll sketch your pet onto your canvas before class and guide you through painting their fur, expressive eyes, and frighteningly good new look.

$80 includes your pre-sketched canvas, all supplies, instruction, and an 11×14 acrylic portrait to take home.

📅 Thursday, October 15
⏰ 5:30–8 PM
📍 Notta Gallery | 125 N Kentucky Ave #103, Lakeland

Before class, email us a clear, high-resolution pet photo and your Halloween character choice so we can prepare your canvas.
