This year’s recipient of the Heart For Kids Community Individual Award is Hub City Autism Network Founder Consuelo Evans, for her years of dedication, commitment, and service to the children and families of our South Bay communities. Consuelo began her association with Agape Children’s Museum through the museum's Annual Holiday Toy Drive. Through her organization, HUBCAN (Hub City Autism Network), she has created meaningful pathways for children on the autism spectrum and their families to feel supported, included, and fully integrated into their communities.
We proudly present the 2026 Heart For Kids Corporate Award to Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, Long Beach Child and Adolescent Program Specialist Nancy Rojas, in recognition of her unwavering commitment to supporting children with mental health needs and their families in our community. Nancy has been a consistent supporter and contributor of our Annual Family Health Festivals, which has significantly enhanced and impacted ACM’s Community Festival programming.
The Museum is proud to honor longtime Long Beach resident and community activist Wanda Gregory-Mobley with the Lifetime Community Achievement Award. This recognition celebrates her lifelong dedication, outstanding service, and significant contributions to the mission of Agape Children’s Museum, as well as her lasting impact on the youth of our community.
