Move Day Management

You can’t be in two places at once… but on move day, it feels like you need to be. That’s where we come in.

Our Move Day Management service means your entire day is handled by our team: every detail, every step.

At your current home, we’re there before the movers arrive. We load essential “car transport items” (daily must-haves, pet supplies, kids’ items, house plants, refrigerated foods, and more), direct the moving crew, and complete a full walkthrough so nothing gets left behind.

At your new home, we’re already in motion. Shelf liners are installed, rooms are labeled for seamless box placement, and daily essentials are set up where you need them. We guide the movers, ensure furniture is placed according to your floor plan, and oversee assembly of beds, shelving, and more.

We don’t leave until the truck is empty and your home is in order.
With a plan, and professionals managing it, you don’t have to carry the stress of move day.

We do it all, so you don’t have to.

Our packing services are professional, efficient, and completely stress-free.

We bring all materials, carefully pack every item, and label everything for a seamless unpack on the other side. Need a full-home pack? Done. Just the fragile items you don’t want to touch? We’ve got you covered.

Floor plans & Schedules

The next step in your pre-move plan is creating your floor plans and schedules.

Our floor plan process ensures you know exactly what will fit in your new space before moving day. We measure your furniture and map out your new home (accounting for outlets, doors, switches, and more) to create a clear, customized layout. No more surprises or “it won’t fit” moments.

And with so many moving parts, a detailed schedule brings peace of mind. With one dedicated point of contact, we coordinate everything: editing sessions, packing, cleaning, moving day, unpacking, organizing, and even final touches like art installation and electronics setup.

Decluttering can start simple: let go of what you already know doesn’t serve you.

Have multiple pairs of scissors but always reach for the same good ones? Let the others go.

Keep the best. Give it a designated spot. Return it there every time.

It’s a win-win: less clutter, more function.
