on this very day 51 years ago i was hit by a car - i was on my 10 speed bicycle , I spent the next six or seven months and a body cast, and could not sit up or do very much at all- every year at this time I reflect on that accident today I process it all as a total miracle- for many years I was concerned with pain injuries deformities and all things i could not do - however sitting here tonight i was thinking - none of those physical things ever really played out in relation to my happiness - i NOW understand deeply it’s ALL MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL - how we feel and how we overcome - I really thought in the early days I would never be able to do anything- as it turns out I’ve done an awful lot of stuff over the past 51 years- and yep my knee still hurts- but it’s no big deal - as my life runs on love , loving , being here , being engaged - empathy - COMPASSION and patience and humility and the knowledge that EVERYONE IS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING - i was indeed the lucky one and am just so grateful to be typing these words ! THIS TOO SHALL PASS AND ONE DAY AT A TIME . ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY !

I recently spent some precious TIME with the unparalleled AND MESMERIZING - a true maestro and a thoughtful brilliant thinker and humanitarian - we shared a great connection - a truly indelible NYC afternoon - thank you .stoll for making it all happen - i’m literally forever changed and after spending TIME with Wynton. - I realized I don’t actually know anything about jazz- or music theory- or basically anything !! Wynton is deep in his musicality and humanity for 40 plus years - THANK YOU SIR - i left your company forever changed - ahhh NYC !

THANK YOU FOR THE RUN OF A LIFETIME - before and after ! This is what the warehouse looked like when i first moved in 16 years ago - in a blighted area amongst empty warehouses like this - i never could have dreamed what was about to unfold - thank you and thank you to everyone and to all the incredible artists i’ve had the honor to work with - i’m going to breathe out and reset and you can still find me right around the corner furiously making art and working on my projects - sending out so much love and grattitude - the new chapter begins!!

W***Y WONKA CLOSING THE GOLDEN GATE FOR THE LAST TIME/ the last few DAZE I’VE BEEN AN AVALANCHE OF MEMORIES AND MEMORABILIA AND PHOTOS AND GIFTS AND ARTWORK GALORE/ the process of going through everything was an intense trip down memory lane, and the only thing I thought of were going through this mountain of memorabilia is how GRATEFUL I AM HOW THANKFUL I AM BEYOND WORDS FOR THIS ENTIRE 16 YEAR INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE - thank you to every single person that has taken the time to experience this living, breathing exhibition- To all my friends and incredible supporters, And Collectors, I thank you from the bottom of my heart- I sincerely feel like this is a great new necessary beginning- remember : I’M STILL IN WYNWOOD IN MY SECRET FACTORY. I’LL SEE YOU SOON. SENDING OUT SO MUCH LOVE AND GRATITUDE.

This will be the last TIME i see this room like this - this cinderblock windowless room in the - has been home to so many stories and human interactions / wow wow wow - TEMPUS FUGIT - it’s emotional and incredible but mostly i’m grateful for it all - in the last few weeks hundreds of people have come by to give me a hug to tell me their story of coming here and being affected or amazed or entertained- it’s been so heartwarming. There’s been a lot of hugs and a lot of great memories. I thank you all for making it possible. - it’s been a journey beyond my wildest dreams - we shall see what the universe brings next- see you soon and remember IM STILL IN WYNWOOD AND LOVE BEING HERE xo pt

I’m currently on Summit at Sea - spreading the word - giving out bracelets - this project ENOUGH is becoming a movement - all the interactions are so moving / so impactful - what I’ve learned along the way is EVERYBODY has been affected by mental health somewhere along the way - and it’s much better to talk about it than suffering in silence - ENOUGH gets people talking to each other - that alone is huge - destigmatization is a crucial piece for us all - - order your bracelets and give one away to someone you care about - wear it with pride - WE ARE ALL ENOUGH - this is just the beginning - stay tuned !
